Before You Book
Nail Art & Designs
If you would like any nail designs, please add “Nail Art” to your appointment when booking. This allows us to reserve enough time for your nail technician to complete your service carefully and without rushing.
Special Requests
Please include any specific requests, such as colors, styles, or service preferences, in the comment section when booking. This helps us prepare in advance and match you with the most suitable technician.
Requesting a Specific Technician
If you would like to request a specific nail technician, please click the “Employee” drop-down menu during the booking process and select your preferred technician.
Completing Your Appointment Request
Please make sure to press “SUBMIT REQUEST” on Step 4. Your appointment request is not complete until you receive a confirmation number.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed by text message. Please make sure your phone number is entered correctly so you do not miss appointment confirmations, updates, or important notices from us.
Running Late
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please call us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or may need to be rescheduled depending on the technician’s schedule.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us offer the appointment time to another client and may help you avoid cancellation fees.
